The blend of spun and filament polyester gives this single braid the easy handling and supple feel ideally suited for sheets and control lines. The special "S" braid construction provides a line that will not kink when running through blocks. The addition of spun fiber allows excellant gripping both on a winch and in hand. Strength and stretch characteristics are similiar to double braided polyester. Regatta Braid is easily spliced. Tensile strength is 4200.
