Easy open 4-dog system. Flush, watertight, cast aluminum. Above or below deck. These rugged, lightweight, reasonably priced hatches are made of Almag-35, the highest non-corrosive of amy known aluminium casting alloy. This alloy meets US Army specs for lighweight armor and aircraft landing gear. The hatches are watertight to a 30' head and have a tensile strength of 44,000 lbs per square inch. All pins, rods, screwss, springs and bolts are 18-8 non-magnetic stainless steel or Almag-35.
