Fuel filter and water separator is corrosion resistant, cadmium plated. Single body head mounted. Contains dual media cartridge that assures 100% water removal from diesel and other fuels. Lower section of cartridge held within metal shell, uses chemically treated paper to provide maximum dirt removal efficiency down to 1 micron in size. Provides coalescing action on water in fuel, forming large water droplets for removal by a settling out action or by rejection from upper seperator section of cartridge. Upper section uses special chemically treated pleated paper which freely passes fuel but removes water. Two-stage filter system is designed to be installed on engines with up to 30 GPH flow requirements. Bracket & instructions included. UL listed.
