Deck Pipe with Hinge. Hinged cover is securely attached to base. Used to pass line from rope locker up through the deck to anchor. Made of hand cast brass. Triple chrome plated. Will take up to 1" diamter rope. Flange diamter 3-1/8", 1-1/2" I.D. Use #8 fasteners.
