Returns
A Product Return Number is required for all merchandise being returned via mail or UPS. Merchandise must be unused, in original packaging and returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Full credit will be issued when the return is due to our error. A restocking charge may apply to merchandise not shipped in error. Please, no returns on videos, books, paint or cut goods. Merchandise may also be returned at either our Portland, Rockland or Searsport stores, accompanied by the receipt.

Warranties
Warranties are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer and the final determination of warranty adjustments rests with the manufacturer of the product. We will do all we can to expedite warranty adjustments but cannot assume responsibility which is that of the manufacturer.
